The family who ran it were super nice and welcoming. The room was mind-blowing with plenty of space for our 3 children. They even set up a cot for our youngest free of charge! Free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and even cots available if needed. Breakfast was jaw-dropping with a wide variety of options. We're definitely coming back next summer!

We enjoyed this old-fashioned hotel, nothing too much trouble. the room we had was tidy and compact, came with a large king size bed and wash basin plus an excellent breakfast. - the location of the property was unbeatable, to centre of Skegness.

Absolutely mind-blowing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were at home but with all the luxuries of a hotel. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find a selection of biscuits and chocolate waiting for us in our room - what a treat! The breakfast spread was jaw-dropping, with options ranging from a full English to pastries, fruit, and yogurt. And the best part? You could help yourself to as much as you wanted! The little details really made a difference, like the free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle in our room. The cherry on top was the spacious and comfortable bed, along with the amazing power shower in the ensuite. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the high street and attractions, and we could even see the sea from our room. The value for money was fantastic, and we can't wait to come back next summer. Hands down, the best stay ever!

Convenient Location and Great Food Options 🍽️
Being close to the town center was a big plus for us, making it super easy to get around. The range of delicious meals available was also impressive and made choosing what to eat an enjoyable experience.

The breakfast was massive and varied, perfect for stuffing my face every morning. The seating area with the TV allowed me to laze around in my PJs all day. And the terrace was great for pretending to enjoy the outdoors while actually just drinking cocktails.
Such a shame that the continental breakfast wasn't served by unicorns and the terrace didn't have a personal masseuse. A girl can dream.
